Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days. Items that are out of stock may take slightly longer and you will be notified if a delay is expected. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with delivery details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed via email or phone within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, order processing has already begun so changes can no longer be made and orders will ship out as is.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us by phone or via our contact form within 7 days of your delivery date. Please provide your order number and state your reason for the return. We will review your request and if your order is eligible for a return you will receive an email with the return address. Returned items must be received unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it was delivered. Refunds will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, we only ship to the continental US, but check back soon as we plan to add international shipping options in the near future. 

Do you offer wholesale or bulk rates?

Yes, special rates are available for both group and wholesales purchases. Please contact us for more information.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we welcome custom orders such as custom item colors and logo colors. Please use our custom order contact form to make a special request.
